Welcome to New Zealand Sports Talent Management

New Zealand Sports Talent Management (NZSTM) is a specialist sports scouting agency focused on identifying emerging Rugby League and Rugby Union talent from across New Zealand and abroad.

Our experienced scouting network operates year-round, assessing players at club, school, representative, academy, and tournament levels. NZSTM identifies athletes who demonstrate the qualities required to progress within elite sporting environments.

At NZSTM, we believe effective talent identification extends beyond current performance. Our assessment process considers a broad range of attributes, including athletic ability, technical skill, game smarts, character, resilience, coachability, and long-term development potential.

Through professional scouting, athlete evaluation, and strong organisational networking, NZSTM can connect talented athletes and their families with professionals who can seek appropriate pathways and opportunities to support the athletes sporting aspirations.

Our mission is simple: Identify Talent. Make Connections. Find Opportunities.

If you are interested in athlete representation, please complete the Questionnaire located at the top of this page. Following submission, our Accredited Agent will contact you to discuss processes moving forward.
