New Zealand Sports Talent Management (NZSTM) is committed to identifying, assessing, and connecting talented athletes with the right people. Specialising in Rugby League and Rugby Union, we maintain a strong understanding of player development pathways, competition standards, and opportunities across both codes.

Our scouts regularly attend club competitions, school fixtures, representative matches, tournaments, and development programmes to identify athletes with the potential to succeed at higher levels. Assessments focus on a range of performance indicators, including physical attributes, technical proficiency, game awareness, decision-making, attitude, work ethic, and resilience.
