WELCOME TO NEW ZEALAND SPORTS TALENT MANAGEMENT (STM)

We are a business dedicated to Scouting and Representing Talented Athletes from across New Zealand and abroad. Our business is committed to identifying and nurturing talented athletes with an aim to provide a unique service that supports them through the competitive pathways to professional sports. We are passionate about helping athletes achieve their ultimate career goals from Grassroots to Professional levels.

At STM, we believe in keeping our player client numbers to a minimum. This allows our staff to provide the best possible service support to each of our clients’ unique sporting needs. You will see our Agent / Scouts out attending a range of youth boys/girls or senior tournaments and games. We have designed our scouting system to be a simple process. When a talented athlete is identified at a sporting event, an STM business card will be presented, and the athlete or support group will complete the STM website questionnaire within three days. STM will respond within 48 hours.
