The Sport Talent Management scouting process is a complex business that requires a keen eye, deep expertise, and a thorough understanding of athletic performance at all levels of playing grades.

Our Scouts are essentially talent prospectors tasked with identifying and evaluating raw athletic potential, often scouring seasonal club competitions, carnivals, school and national tournaments, in search of the next generation of superstars.

 Our Scouts will methodically analyse an athlete’s physical attributes, technical skills, tactical awareness, vison, and mental fortitude, seeking to uncover not just a players current abilities, but also the players capacity for future growth and development under professional coaching.
